AI DISCLOSURES FOR LEO AND OTHER AI TOOLS

The Real Brokerage Inc. and its affiliates (collectively, “Real”) may make artificial intelligence tools available to consumers and agents, including “Leo,” our AI-powered assistant. This page provides key disclosures about these tools. These disclosures are summaries. For complete information about Real’s AI data-handling practices, please refer to Real’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

1. AI Identification. Leo is an AI-powered assistant, not a human.

2. Informational Only. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated and are not legal, financial, compliance, or professional advice. AI outputs may include errors.

3. Verification Obligation. Users are responsible for independently verifying AI outputs before relying on them.

4. Sensitive Data. Do not input Social Security numbers, social insurance numbers, payment card details, banking credentials, biometric identifiers, or health information. Sensitive information is not required for use of Leo or other AI Tools, and users should avoid sharing it.

5. Fair Housing Disclaimer. AI outputs are not reviewed for compliance with the Fair Housing Act, the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), or state and provincial housing laws. Consumers should not rely on AI outputs as statements of eligibility, preference, or availability of housing.

6. Training Data. Leo is built on OpenAI’s ChatGPT model and trained with Real’s internal documentation, document libraries, and publicly available state real estate rules. Anonymized usage data may be used to improve performance. Leo also uses a mix of proprietary and publicly available datasets, including environmental, infrastructure, and demographic data from U.S. and Canadian open-data portals. These sources are selected under open licenses and used in accordance with their terms.

7. Large-User Compliance. If Real’s AI services exceed one million monthly users, Real will comply with SB 942. Beginning January 1, 2026, Real will also provide training data summaries as required by AB 2013.

8. Ownership and Licensing. AI outputs are provided for informational purposes only and may not be reproduced or exploited except for your personal use of the Services.

9. Transparency & Labeling. AI-generated content may include visible or embedded labels identifying its AI origin.

10. Consumer Choice. You may opt out of AI interactions and request a human agent at any time by texting “Human” at any time in a chat with Leo. If you have provided your contact information to a licensed independent contractor agent using Real’s systems, that agent may contact you to respond to your inquiry. Such communications are the responsibility of the agent, and you may opt out by replying “STOP” to text messages or using the unsubscribe link in emails.

11. Accessibility. Reasonable accommodations for alternative accessible formats will be provided as required by law by contacting legal@therealbrokerage.com.

12. Reporting. Report harmful, discriminatory, or unlawful outputs to legal@therealbrokerage.com.

13. Evolving Compliance. These disclosures may be updated as laws and regulations change. Please review regularly.

This page is informational only and does not replace Real’s Terms of Use or Privacy Policy. Please review those documents for contractual terms and privacy rights. Real may from time to time offer programs that provide compensation or incentives for agents who use Leo. Any such opportunities will be described separately.
