The lady here is renewing the lease and wants almost $8,000 for monthly rent.

So we’ll probably be looking for a cheaper place.

    hi kiddo. Sorry to hear you have to move. it a good thing you cleaned out all those rooms. make sure you let me know your new address. i am getting ready to go see Carol.
