New Year’s Resolution(s)

  1. Within the next two weeks, reduce my caffeine intake in the AM to nothing. I am down to 12 oz. in the morning right now. (I am taking alleve for the headaches.)
  2. Take a me afternoon every week. (This is like a trip to the beach or bookstore or a holy spot, but the goal is for me to be alone and just do what relaxes me in public).

That is it! Super hard goals, but do-able.
